HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Customers located in Mexico may contact us directly, and we will assign a sales representative who can provide assistance and answer any questions. Existing customers should let us know which sales representative currently manages their account so we can process future orders more efficiently.

International customers will be assisted by our International Sales Department. Our specialized team will guide you through the purchasing process and provide the information you need.

DO YOU SHIP THROUGHOUT MEXICO AND INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship throughout Mexico and to international destinations. Freight costs are paid by the customer, who may select a trusted shipping or transportation company to receive their OPLEX products. Contact our team for additional shipping information.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Most of our standard products may be purchased starting from one roll. CHAROPLEX products have a minimum order quantity of 50 rolls.

DO YOU MANUFACTURE CUSTOM-SPECIFICATION PRODUCTS?

Yes. We can manufacture materials with special specifications after evaluating the requested product, technical requirements and compatibility with our available manufacturing processes.
